1. Overview
This website, jamilah.co, is operated by JAMILAH (jamilastore) (“JAMILAH”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By visiting the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, our Refund Policy and our Purchase Options Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or use the site with the involvement of a parent or guardian. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when ordering.

3. Products and descriptions
We try to display our products, colors and sizes as accurately as possible. Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen, lighting and photography. Please check the size information on each product page before ordering. We may change, discontinue or limit the quantity of any product at any time.

4. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and may change without notice. Sale prices apply only for the period shown. We may correct pricing errors and, if an order was placed at an incorrect price, cancel it and refund any amount paid. Payment must be completed using the methods available at checkout.

5. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. It is only accepted when we confirm it. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example because of stock availability, suspected fraud, or errors in pricing or product information. If we cancel an order you have paid for, you will be refunded in full.

6. Shipping and delivery
We offer free shipping on orders over 2,000 EGP. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and delays caused by couriers or events beyond our control are not our responsibility. Please provide a complete and correct delivery address and a reachable phone number. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.

7. Inspecting your order
Please open and inspect your order in the presence of the courier on delivery. Report any visible damage or error to the courier and to us immediately.

8. Returns, exchanges and cancellations
We do not accept returns or refunds once the courier has left. Size or color exchanges are available for items that are unworn, undamaged, in original condition and have the original tags attached. Orders may be cancelled before dispatch under our Purchase Options Cancellation Policy. These policies form part of these Terms.

9. Discounts and promotions
Promotional codes and offers are subject to their stated conditions, may not be combined unless stated, and may be withdrawn at any time. We may cancel orders that abuse a promotion.

10. Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

11. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, introducing harmful code, scraping the site, placing fraudulent orders, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

12. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including the JAMILAH name and logo, designs, photographs, text and graphics, belongs to JAMILAH or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, modify or use it commercially without our written permission.

13. Privacy
We collect and use your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy (jamilah.co/policies/privacy-policy). By using the site, you consent to that use.

14. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The site and products are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, JAMILAH is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or products. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection laws.

15. Third-party services
Our store is powered by Shopify, and we use third-party payment and delivery providers. We are not responsible for their services or their separate terms.

16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of [Cairo].

17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted when you place an order applies to that order. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated Terms.
